THE HAUNTING PERSISTENCE OF A MOVING SHELTER

Threads of memories from different physical elements of places, roles and contexts flow in our minds almost independently to sculpt our spatial cognition.

Those memories are considered to be our sense’s archive, which creates different cuts through space and time and calls on memory to fill the void in a current sensation.

The installation investigates the body as an intersection between our spatial identity and its emotional impact as processed through concepts of space, exile, and political critique.
